Bush will be in Fort Bragg next Tuesday to mark the one-year anniversary of the Iraqi transfer of power. According to the president's schedule, he is set to give a major speech on Iraq at 8 p.m. that the White House has asked the major television networks to cover.

Tuesday's trip will be Bush's fourth to North Carolina in less than a year.
Bush was in Raleigh in February to pitch his Social Security plan to supporters at the BTI Center.
Last September, the president attended a forum on women's issues in Charlotte. And in July, he visited a North Raleigh home for a $25,000-a-plate fundraiser.
