Cars Burn In Fire At RDU Parking Deck

MORRISVILLE, N.C. — Investigators are trying to figure out what caused a fire at

Raleigh-Durham International Airport

On Sunday.

Fire broke out in one of the new parking decks, near Terminal C.

The flames engulfed three cars, scorched three others and blackened a section of the parking deck.

Investigators say the fire started in a BMW, but they do not know how.

Airport officials say the deck did not sustain any structural damage.
