Julius was adopted from the Orange County Animal Shelter and neutered on 9/27. He had some complications and was recently re-stitched up. He currently has a doggy cold for which he is on antibiotics, he is sneezing a lot and he has a runny nose. Julius is really shy and will not harm you. He rarely barks but does like to howl at sirens.
