Korean War Veterans, fallen honored at 67th annual ceremony
June 25th marks the 67th anniversary of the Korean War. Tributes were in order at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific Sunday.

More than 400 armed forces from Hawaii never made it out of Korea alive.
The war marked the start of an alliance between America and South Korea.
The U.S. came to the aid of the region during North Korea's invasion.
Keynote speaker Admiral Harry B. Harris expressed strong words about present day North Korea.
"Pyongyang is home to a toxic, despotic...erratic ruler with an iron fist. A reckless leader, a man who values pursuit for power over the prosperity and welfare of his own people," Admiral Harris exclaimed.
Each year, the Korean consulate in Honolulu hosts a ceremony in remembrance of those who paid the ultimate sacrifice.
