Durham man gets five years in prison for Wake Forest bank robbery
Raeford Edward Nunn was sentenced to 57 months in federal prison followed by three years of supervised release in the 2010 robbery of a Wake Forest branch of Capital Bank.

Nunn pleaded guilty Oct. 22 to bank robbery by force or violence in connection with the Oct. 20, 2010, robbery of a Capital Bank branch at 12217 Capital Blvd.
Nunn stole approximately $1,260, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
At the time of the robbery, Wake Forest police said a man walked into the bank with a fake nose taped to his face and told a teller that he was holding up the bank.
