12 arrested after Nash undercover drug operation
A five-month undercover operation in Nash County yielded a dozen arrests last week of people on drug charges.
Posted — UpdatedNASHVILLE, N.C. — A five-month undercover operation in Nash County yielded a dozen arrests last week of people on drug charges.
The Nash County Sheriff’s Office arrested the following:
- Leon Davis, of Louisburg, on charges of selling or delivering a Schedule II controlled substance, possession with the intent to sell and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance. Davis was being held on $5,000 secured bond.
- Cyrus OBrian Bunn, of Garner, on charges of possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine and marijuana and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance. Bunn's bond was set at $125,000.
- Ali Marzouq, of Nashville, on charges of selling or delivering a Schedule IV controlled substance, possession with intent to sell heroin, trafficking opium or heroin and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance. Marzouq was held on $95,000 secured bond.
- Shannon Warick Pitt, of Nashville, on charges of trafficking opium. Her bond was set at $40,000 secured.
- Jermyus Chiffaunte Silver, of Battleboro, on charges of selling and delivering heroin and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance. He was being held on $50,000 secured bond.
- Jessie Noelle Shingleton, of Greenville, on charges of possession, selling and delivering heroin. Shingleton's bond is $2,000.
- Ronald George Payton, of Rocky Mount, on charges of possession, selling and delivering heroin. He was being held on $3,000 secured bond.
- James Cornellious Barnes, of Rocky Mount, on charges of selling, delivering and possession with intent to sell counterfeit controlled substances. Barnes' bond was set at $10,000.
- Niesha Brockington, of Rocky Mount, on charges of possession with intent to sell a Schedule II substance, trafficking opiates and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance. Her bond was set at $50,000.
- Cody Allen Ashburn, of Sharpsburg, on charges of possession with intent to sell and selling or delivering marijuana. He was being held on $1,000 secured bond.
- Dakato Kenneth Riddle, of Sharpsburg, on charges of possession with intent to sell and selling or delivering marijuana. He was being held on $50,000 secured bond.
- Stephanie Davis Moore, of Middlesex, on charges of trafficking opium, possession with intent to sell cocaine, Schedule III and Schedule IV controlled substances and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance. Moore's bond was set at $100,000 secured.
