Craving Crab Cakes

Crab Cakes
I was craving crab cakes over the weekend. So we decided to try the new restaurant at Crossroads in Cary. It's the one with the cool clock tower not far from Target. Bentley's American Grill did not disappoint. My crab cakes were moist, incredibly fresh and free of filler and were paired with some delicious asparagus. They were a bit pricey. $22 for the entree but I felt like I got my money's worth. Where do you go for great crab cakes? I have friends from Maryland who refuse to eat crab cakes around here because they say no one can make them up right. I once had some fine crab cakes at The Peak City Grill in Apex. Elizabeth Gardner is a big fan of Rockfords in Raleigh's Glenwood South. How about you? Who serves us the very best crab cakes in the Triangle?
