Beer drinkers unite! Tickets are now on sale for the World Beer Festival in Durham.

The festival, presented by All About Beer magazine, will be held Oct. 6 at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park.

As with the Raleigh festival, visitors will have a chance to taste and sample craft and specialty beers in two-ounce pours while supplies last. There will be two four-hour sessions – noon to 4 p.m. and 6-10 p.m. Tickets for each session are sold separately.

A general admission ticket, which runs $45 each, will get you a tasting glass for unlimited 2-ounce tastings, music by local bands, educational sessions by industry experts and a festival program.

VIP tickets, which include a World Beer Festival commemorative glass, buffet and other perks, are already sold out! Tickets went on sale early for All About Beer subscribers, so they must have snatched those tickets up!

You can order tickets in advance through All About Beer's website.
So, who attended the Raleigh festival? Anyone planning to go to the Durham event as well?
