Durham police investigating drive-by shooting on Chautauqua Avenue
Durham police are investigating a drive-by shooting Thursday night.

Officers responded to a shooting shortly after 9 p.m. in the 2200 block of Chautauqua Ave.
A man reported that he was walking near the intersection of Cecil St. and Fitzgerald Ave. when the occupants of a passing vehicle shot him.
The victim then ran to a home in the 2200 block of Chautauqua Ave.
The man was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
This remains an active investigation.
