Here are the best museums to visit in Fayetteville.

The bread and butter of Fayetteville is Fort Liberty, which is the largest military base in the U.S. and one of the largest military installations in the world.

Fort Liberty is also home to the Army's special forces and special operations soldiers.

If you want to get a true taste of what Fayetteville is all about, you definitely need to stop by The Airborne and Special Operations Museum.

The museum highlights some of the biggest special operations missions throughout history.

There's lots to see, including real planes and helicopters.

If you're not big on reading, there's a theater where you can watch videos about the history and missions of the airborne and special operations teams.

The Airborne and Special Operations Museum is definitely worth seeing.

Admission is free, but the museum welcomes any donations. Head over to the Airborne and Special Operations Museum at 100 Bragg Blvd.

This museum is also located in downtown Fayetteville, only a few blocks from the Airborne and Special Operations Museum.

You can learn all about the history of Fayetteville, then head downtown for lunch.

Admission is free for children younger than one year old. Tickets are $5 for kids that are one year old to 15 years old. Tickets are $4 for anyone older than 15. Members get free admission.

The Fascinate-U Children's Museum is located at 116 Green Street.
