Woman held at gunpoint, carjacked at Durham park

A woman said two men robbed her at gunpoint and stole her car Sunday at West Point on the Eno Park.

DURHAM, N.C. — A woman said two men robbed her at gunpoint and stole her car Sunday at West Point on the Eno Park.

According to the Durham Police Department, before 7 p.m., officers responded to a carjacking in the 5100 block of North Roxboro Street.

The woman told officers she was walking back to her car at the park when she was approached by two men and robbed at gunpoint.

She told officers one of the men displayed a firearm and stole her keys and wallet. The men then got in the victim’s car and fled the scene, police said.

The woman's car was was later recovered in the 4000 block of Meriwether Drive.

No arrests have been made.
