Motorcyclist injured in crash on NC 55 in Apex
A motorcycle and van crashed Thursday evening in Apex.

APEX, N.C. — A motorcycle and van crashed Thursday evening on N.C. Highway 55 in Apex.
The crash happened before 6:30 p.m., closing two lanes on N.C. 55 near Hunter Street. The road reopened around 8 p.m.
The accident involved a motorcycle and a van, according to Apex police.
Apex police said the rider of the motorcycle was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
