Nash deputies search cornfield for person who stole pickup truck
Deputies were searching Tuesday for the person who stole a pickup truck.

BAILEY, N.C. — Deputies on Tuesday were searching a cornfield and wooded area for a person who stole a pickup truck.
Deputies were out of their cars searching for the driver of a pickup truck, which was stolen from Wilson County, driven into a cornfield and abandoned.
Nash County Sheriff Keith Stone at noon said the truck was towed from the cornfield and will be used in the investigation to find the thief.
