UNC police identify man seen peeping into women's restroom
Authorities received two reports between 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Friday of the man peeping into the women's bathroom on the third floor of Phillips Hall.

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — Police at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill have identified the man who was believed to have been peeping into a women's restroom.
Police on Friday released a photo of a man wearing a blue hoodie and carrying a book bag with black straps and a black baseball cap.
Authorities received two reports between 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Friday about a man peeping into the women's bathroom on the third floor of Phillips Hall.
On Tuesday, police said they identified the man and charges were pending.
No other information was provided.
An investigation is ongoing.
