Crawford and Son chef announces new Cary steakhouse
The chef behind Raleigh's Crawford and Son announced Tuesday his plans to open a steakhouse in Cary in 2020.
Posted — UpdatedCrawford Brothers, a 4,500 square foot venture, will be located in Fenton, a 92-acre mixed use community featuring living, retail and shopping spaces that is currently under development along Cary Town Boulevard near Interstate-40.
The restaurant, described as a "modern American steakhouse," will specialize in house dry-aged beef and feature an extensive wine selection. According to Crawford, the restaurant will feature a lighter lunch menu, a cocktail bar and a lounge area.
"Crawford Brothers is another dream come true for my family and team; we're beyond excited to serve our community and support this area's growth with a beautiful steakhouse experience," said Crawford.
The name of the restaurant is inspired by Crawford's close relationship with his brother.
