Two people shot in Club Amnesia parking lot, police say

Raleigh police were investigating Saturday after two people were shot overnight while in the parking lot of Club Amnesia, authorities said.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police were investigating Saturday after two people were shot overnight while in the parking lot of Club Amnesia, authorities said.

Investigators have not released much information about the incident but said the shooting was reported shortly after 4 a.m. Saturday in the club's parking lot, located at 1606 N. Market Drive. Police said the two victims suffered non-life threatening injuries. Police did not immediately identify the victims.

Police also did not say if any suspects were being sought or if anyone has been arrested in connection with the incident.

Investigators were still on the scene about four hours after the incident.

The club's manager was not immediately available for comment.
