Dr. Victor Dzau, chief executive of Duke University Health System, will provide the keynote address. Former University of North Carolina President Erskine Bowles, who led President Barack Obama’s deficit reduction commission, also will make a presentation.
"There have been many forums on health care, but this one will be different,” Campbell said. “At the end of the day, there will be news about a statewide effort to help improve the health of our state.”
