<b>YOUNGSVILLE, N.C.</b> — A Youngsville man is accused of slashing nearly 80 tires in Wake County.

Jarred Roberts Oakes, 21, of 955 N.C. Highway 96 South, was released Saturday from the Wake County Jail on $10,000 bond.<br />

Oakes is facing injury to personal property charges in connection with the incidents, which involved about 20 vehicles, according to arrest warrants.

The incidents mostly happened last week along Capital Boulevard in Raleigh and other nearby streets, police said.<br />
