<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — Wade Avenue has reopened near Faircloth Street after a wreck Friday afternoon downed power lines and closed the major east-west Raleigh thoroughfare.

A Raleigh police spokesman said that a single car hit a power pole at around 2 p.m., but that the driver suffered only minor injuries.
