First of all I pray God will comfort this "woman's" family. Very sad anytime but especially during the holidays.

Traffic is getting worse everywhere but Holly Springs and surrounding areas are getting large amounts of growth and DOT has not kept up. This is a really bad intersection to turn left from during the morning rush and DOT needs to look at changing this or placing a traffic light.

I think what "common tater" said makes sense for the evening rush hour. Holly Springs needs to light that area up from the new shopping center on 55 all the way through past Walmart. There are some lights near Avent Ferry Rd but it seems like half of them are always out. And why is it still called the 55 bypass when it is really just the "New Main Street"

Lots of accidents on Hwy 55 the past few days... there's always a lot, but more lately. No data to back it up, but I believe the time change is a factor...evening rush hour happening in the dark causes more accidents. Throw in the holiday hustle and bustle, and it makes for dangerous roads.
