Wayne County deputies arrest woman for shooting
On Dec. 14, police responded to a shooting at 159 Dallas Road in Goldsboro to find James Hubert Leonard Jr. suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Posted — UpdatedDUDLEY, N.C. — Wayne County sheriff’s deputies arrested Angela Chanelle Leftdwrige Thursday and charged her with shooting a Goldsboro man.
On Dec. 14, police responded to a shooting at 159 Dallas Road in Goldsboro to find James Hubert Leonard Jr. suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Leonard was being treated for his wounds at Pitt Memorial Hospital.
An investigation led deputies to Leftdwrige, 22, of 3750 U.S. Highway 117 South Alt. in Dudley. She is charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury with intent to kill and possession of a stolen firearm. She was being held on $5,000 bond.
