Water-line break affects downtown Cary
A water line has broken near South Dixon Avenue and Kent Drive in downtown Cary, affecting a small number of customers Monday morning.

Police said the break occurred at South Dixon Avenue and Kent Drive. The water was flowing into Swift Creek.
The break could cause low water pressure in downtown Cary and the Heater Park neighborhood.
South Dixon will be closed for repairs. Residents have been warned to move their cars because the flowing water could cut off the streets.
