No students were aboard a Wake County school bus when it collided with a passenger vehicle Friday afternoon.

<b>GARNER, N.C.</b> — No students were aboard a Wake County school bus when it collided with a passenger vehicle Friday afternoon.

The crash happened shortly after 2 p.m. at the railroad tracks at West Garner Road and Vandora Springs Road. The bus was finishing its route from Vandora Springs Elementary School, said Wake schools spokeswoman Renee McCoy.

Details on how the crash happened and any injuries were not immediately available.
