Looking at the facebook pages. This is a terrible tragedy. This time of the year, someone is going to be missing that is deeply loved. The folks involved here only deserve loving attention and forgiveness if needed. It hurts to see it, it was also very close to my house.

The road is as straight as you could hope for at Baya Vista. If she was texting or talking on her cell, I would like to know what is so important that she had to be communicating at that very point. The only other reason to drift into the oncoming lane at that time were if you were drunk or too tired to drive. If the DA is looking at which charges to file, I suspect I am accurate in my assessment.
