— Authorities in Wake County lifted a Silver Alert issued early Thursday for a 15-year-old boy who is believed to be suffering from a cognitive impairment.

The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert for Zachary Falzone at about 4 a.m. after he was reported missing from a home in the 7000 block of Kennebec Road in Willow Spring.

Falzone had been found and was safe by mid-afternoon. Authorities did not release any other details about his disappearance.

    Could have a cognitive impairment? The parents of this child do not know? Is the kid black? WHite? Asian? 15 years old and no one has a pic of this kid?

    Is he white, black, asian, latino, etc.? That would also help. I suppose blue T-shirt, khaki shorts and no shoes narrows it down to about every 15 year old in the country.
