Second man arrested, third sought in Fayetteville shooting death

— Fayetteville police have charged a second man and are looking for a third in the shooting death of a 25-year-old man near the intersection of Raeford Road and Scotland Drive on Monday.

Jonathan Galloway, 20, was arrested Wednesday on first-degree murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy charges. He was placed in the Cumberland County jail, but his bond amount was not released.

Police say Galloway, Justin Quavon Shumpert, Dequan Lawler and a 15-year-old juvenile whose name was not released killed Quinton Omar Solomon. 

Shumpert, 18, was arrested Tuesday. Lawler and the juvenile remain at large.

    All of the above was young people. Where do their parents fit in? Are they aware where their sons where on that night in question? I doubt it. Its how kids are raised today. Parents of today need to step up to the plate and do their jobs right. Oh, parents you are not that young person any more. Be a parent and take responsibility for a change. P.S. No more children. You cannot handle the ones you already have.
