VASS, N.C. — A Vass man was arrested Sunday and charged with statutory rape for relations with a 13-year-old.
The incident allegedly took place on March 17, 2008. Dionicio Norato Dominguez, 18, of 133 Skyline Drive, faces two counts of statutory rape and contributing delinquency of juvenile.
He was held on $375,000 secured bond.
