Two from Durham suspected of fraud

Durham police are looking for two people suspected of fraud.

DURHAM, N.C. — Durham police are looking for two people suspected of fraud.

Phyllis Harris Thompson, 38, of Glasson Street, is charged with four counts of obtaining property by false pretense for allegedly cashing four stolen checks, one count of common-law uttering and one count of common-law forgery.

Thompson is also known as Phyllis Harris Jennings.

Keijuan Paylor, 18, of Weeping Willow Drive, is charged with one count of obtaining property by false pretense, one count of common-law forgery and one count of common-law uttering.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of these two suspects is asked to call Investigator A.C. Rogers at 560-4406, ext. 270 or Crime Stoppers at 683-1200.
