Devon Gales, 25, of 4201 S. Dowfield St., and Pauleo Wilkerson, 25, of 1510 Waterless St. are charged with attempted first-degree murder and felony conspiracy to commit murder.<br />

Both were being held without bond in the Cumberland County jail.
