RALEIGH, N.C.Editor's Note: Aiko bar and lounge closed in 2014.

We have had a busy week of restaurant openings.

Kings Bowl opened its North Hills location on Monday. This retro-inspired bowling alley has games, cocktails and an expansive menu.
Also in North Hills, b.good opened its first North Carolina location this week. The restaurant serves up fresh and handmade burgers, sandwiches and more.
In Glenwood South, a new Japanese-inspired bar has opened. Aiko bar and lounge is in the former home of Cashmere. Spike TV's "Bar Rescue" redid Cashmere last year and dubbed it Dual Lounge and Nightclub. The reboot didn't work though, and the bar is now under new ownership.
In Wake Forest, Italian restaurant Schiano's has opened in the Gateway Commons shopping center.
Full Moon Oyster Bar and Seafood Kitchen has opened in Park West Village in Morrisville, Triangle Food Guy reports. This is the restaurant's third North Carolina location. It also has restaurants in Southern Pines and Clemmons.
Belle, a farm-to-table restaurant, coffee shop and bakery, has opened in the Jones House in Cary. Right now, they are working on renovations to the building. In the mornings, Belle is a bakery and cafe serving pastries and coffees featuring Carrboro Coffee Roasters. At night, the restaurant will be serving farm-to-table cuisine using items grown in their own garden.
In Durham, there is a new pop-up shop at Northgate Mall. Cupcake Crazy will operate Friday through Sunday during regular mall hours through the end of the year. Located across from Kay Jewelers, you get a free cup of coffee with every cupcake purchased.
BB&Y, which was previously known as Biscuits, Burgers and Yogurt, will be moving into the Triangle Shooting Academy in Brier Creek in Raleigh, Triangle Business Journal reports. The cafe will be changing its name to TSA Cafe, but the catering side will remain BB&Y. The cafe's current Glenwood Place location is being torn down within the next two years.
The Smashburger location in north Raleigh is expected to open Nov. 26, Triangle Food Guy. It will be in the Falls Village Shopping Center.
And the Tupelo Honey Cafe in Cameron Village is expected to open by the first week in December, representatives told me this week.
Locked and Loaded Bar & Grill in Garner is moving. They are heading down the road about a mile to 305 McCormick St., the former Texas Steakhouse building. According to their Facebook page, the last night in their current location on Highway 70 will be Saturday, Nov. 1, and they plan to open in the new location the week of Nov. 3.
