""Gun's" didn't shoot anyone...Criminals did." Actually, it was criminals with a gun who shot someone. All we need are more people with more guns and all of this mess would just STOP, right?

chevybelair57sd - "good thing they weren't stopped in Fayetteville, would of been profiling". This sentence should clear up your confusion, "State troopers spotted a car matching the description of one linked to the shooting and followed it to the airport,...". It is not profiling.

Legalize and tax all drugs. No more courtroon/prison overcrowding, no more drug cartels, no more throwing money at 'the war on drugs'. It's simple really.

"Yeah, the only way to stop guns from being in the wrong hands is to stop the worldwide manufacture of guns, and that's not going to happen anytime in the near future."

Yes by all means, let us just let GOVERNMENT have guns and no one else. That practice has worked so well in other countries, that is if you desire a shorter lifespan.

Should we look at further restricting use of cars by felons as the car seems to have contributed to the execution of the crimes also.

"Isn't drugs and money really at the heart of this story and not the guns?" susang919

IMO, drugs, money and guns are always connected when it comes to crime, so to answer your question, YES. The "heart" and HEADLINE of this story is 3 Arrested at RDU after Raleigh SHOOTING.???? Really? Your point?

Let's see, SHP did a good thing and it actually got on WRAL!! Better check the ground and see if 'everything' froze over. And how about at least capitalize "Trooper" they deserve that.

That community is 3 for 3 in the local headlines today!! They must be proud of them. notagain1903

Actually, it is not the same community. Many people hear Southeast Raleigh and then blanket the whole area. There are many areas to Southeast Raleigh and just like there are many areas to all parts of Raleigh, And like "gmuny33" said what does this have to do with Rev. Barber?? Seems like those that dislike him the most, bring his name up more than anybody else.
