FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Police over the weekend arrested two teenagers accused of causing an estimated $10,000 in damage to equipment at a Fayetteville construction site.

Joshua Tyler Clark, 17, and an unidentified 13-year-old girl were taken into custody Sunday evening after someone reported suspicious activity at the site at 3300 Braddy Road, police said Monday.

Clark faces four counts of felony breaking into a motor vehicle, two counts of misdemeanor larceny, two counts of misdemeanor possession of stolen property and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.

The 13-year-old was released into the custody of her parents, police said. She was not identified because she is a juvenile.

Clark was in the Cumberland County Detention Center Monday morning under a $7,800 secured bond.

Investigators said more charges are possible.
