Posted — UpdatedRALEIGH, N.C. — My new favorite food at the N.C. State Fair is the Deep Fried Peanut Butter Cup-O. It's basically just a peanut butter cup stuffed between two Oreos before being deep fried and topped with powdered sugar.
It sounds like type two diabetes, but really it is worth every one of the thousands of calories that are likely in this thing. For $4 each, we recommend getting one and cutting it in half to share with someone you love. Or just eat it all yourself. We won't tell anyone.
