Police: Arrest made in shooting that prompted St. Augustine's lockdown
An unidentified man was found shot early Wednesday on the St. Augustine's University campus in Raleigh, according to police. The school, which is in east Raleigh, was put on lockdown after authorities arrived on scene, although it was unclear if the man was shot on campus or off.

The shooting was reported around 1 a.m. in the 1300 block of Oakwood Avenue, according to the Raleigh Police Department. St. Augustine's was placed on lockdown while officers responded.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found Damarian Henderson, 20, with a gunshot wound. Henderson's wounds were not life-threatening, according to the police department.
After an investigation, police charged Omari Fujah Williams, 18, of 10810 Oliver Road in Raleigh, with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury. He was taken into custody and transported to the Wake County Detention Center.
Henderson and Williams knew each other, officials said, and the shooting was not a random act.
The lockdown was lifted before 4:30 a.m. Classes at the university resumed as normal at 8 a.m., according to school officials.
