Spring Lake man wanted for cellphone 'selfies' surrenders

A 20-year-old Spring Lake man wanted for stealing an iPhone and using it to take photos of himself surrendered to Cumberland County authorities Tuesday morning, according to a spokesperson.

SPRING LAKE, N.C. — A 20-year-old Spring Lake man wanted for stealing an iPhone and using it to take photos of himself surrendered to Cumberland County authorities Tuesday morning, according to a spokesperson. 

Anthony Dubeos Graham, of the 600 block of Chapel Hill Road, is charged with felony breaking and entering, felony larceny after breaking and entering and possession of stolen goods. 

According to investigators, Graham took the iPhone and several other items from a Spring Lake home on July 28. 

Shortly afterward, Graham began posing for the self-portraits, which were automatically saved to the owner's online storage account. 

Graham was released from custody Tuesday morning after posting a $10,000 bond.
