Smoky scene at south Raleigh recycling center
Witnesses shared videos with WRAL News showing smoke billowing out of Wall Recycling and Dumpster Rental on 2310 Garner Road. Much of the smoke was gone when Sky 5 arrived, but fire crews were seen extinguishing smaller embers at the plant.

Witnesses shared videos with WRAL News showing smoke billowing out of Wall Recycling and Dumpster Rental on 2310 Garner Road.
Sky 5 was at the scene. When lifting off from RDU, Sky 5's pilot saw smoke from the vicinity of the plant.
When Sky 5 arrived, multiple crews were seen extinguishing smokey areas on the plant.
There were ambulances at the scene, but it is unclear if people were injured.
