William Earl Powell was last seen at 85 Birdy Lane in Garland.

He is described as a white male, 6 feet 1 inch tall, 180 pounds with short grey hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans and brown loafers.

Anyone with information regarding Powell’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Sampson County Sheriff’s Office at (910) 592-1151.
