Diedra Quintell Harper Gibbs, 27, is believed to be from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

The alert was canceled at the request of the Raleigh Police Department.

Mykia Daniel, an eighth grader at Ligon Middle School, was shot and killed on Monday in a north Raleigh apartment. A 16-year-old was charged with her murder.
