Man, who may be suffering from dementia, was last seen in Jamestown.

The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a 62-year-old man believed to be suffering from dementia or other cognitive impairment.

Daryl Gene Smith was last seen at 2715 Tavern Court in Jamestown. The agency did not say how long he has been missing. <br />

Smith may be traveling in a 2011 Hyundai with a Pennsylvania license plate GCK-2811.

He is white, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 135 pounds with short brown hair, blue eyes and glasses. A picture was not available.

Anyone with information about Smith should call Officer J. J. Crouse at the High Point Police Department at 336-883-3224.<br />
