The Salisbury Police Department is searching for two missing children, 2-year-old Igh’Jhlan Silver and 3-year-old Prasjhas Reid. The victims are believed to be with Kevin Antonio Smith. Smith is believed to be in a Gray 2023 Nissan Altima with NC license tag number Khb1698.

The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for Eric Brant Charles, 31, who was last seen at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill.

Charles is described as white man with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 185 pounds. He is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Charles wears braces on both feet and has missing toes, authorities said.
