The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert Saturday for a missing Harnett County man who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

<b>HARNETT COUNTY, N.C.</b> — The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert Saturday for a missing Harnett County man who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Jarrett Marquis Dickey, 27, was last seen at Fort Bragg wearing a tan shirt, desert camouflage fatigues and tan boots. Dickey is black with short black hair and brown eyes.

He is believed to be driving a silver 2005 300 Chrysler with South Carolina license plate GSU-577.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Harnett County Sheriff's Office at 910-893-9111.
