The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons canceled a Silver Alert Wednesday night for a 74-year-old Raleigh man who was last seen at Walmart on New Bern Avenue.

It wasn't clear how Robert Leroy Blango, who is believed to be cognitively impaired, was found.  

The alert was in effect for about 24 hours.
