Shootings in north Raleigh injure one
A 20-year-old man got 36 shotgun pellets in his back during a shooting in north Raleigh Friday night, according to arrest warrants.

Anthony Wayne Williams, 20, of 4505 Limerick Drive, is accused of firing a 12-gauge Mossberg Model 88 shotgun into a house and car in shootings at 127 Star St. and 3912 Beaufort Court around 9 p.m. Friday.
Pellets also struck Ian Dion White-Clark in the back, according to the warrant. White-Clark was taken to Duke Hospital in Raleigh around 4 a.m. Saturday with gunshot wounds. He has since been released, Raleigh Police Department Watch Commander Lt. David Linthicum said.
White-Clark told police he was shot at 127 Star St., Linthicum said.
Shortly after 11 p.m., police made a traffic stop and recovered the shotgun. Williams was taken into custody.
Williams was charged with discharging a barreled weapon into occupied property and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury. He was being held in the Wake County Jail under a $200,000 bond Saturday evening. His first court date is Monday.
According to state Department of Correction records, Williams was convicted of attempted motor vehicle break-ins in 2007. He was placed on probation.
