Several local high schools are getting national attention for being among the best of the best as six are included in the US News and World Report's list of the best high schools.
Posted — UpdatedRALEIGH, N.C. — Several local high schools are getting national attention for being among the best of the best as six are included in the US News and World Report's list of the best high schools.
Number one in the state is Green Hope High School in Cary, with a national ranking of 304.
Others that made the top 20 in North Carolina include Panther Creek, Cary, Holly Springs, Terry Sanford in Fayetteville and Pinecrest in Southern Pines.
