A 26-year-old woman shot at a Roanoke Rapids home late Sunday died Tuesday from her injuries, Halifax County Sheriff's Office said. 

<b>ROANOKE RAPIDS, N.C.</b> — A 26-year-old woman shot at a Roanoke Rapids home late Sunday died Tuesday from her injuries, Halifax County Sheriff's Office said. 

Jennilee A. Foster died from injuries sustained in a shooting at a Delta Drive home. Thomas Tyrone Davis, 38, was killed in the shooting.

Witnesses said they saw a white Ford Crown Victoria pull up to the house and a man get out and go inside the house. The man then ran out of the house, jumped in the car and sped away toward N.C. Highway 158.

Anyone with information about the shooting was asked to Halifax County Crime Stoppers at 252-583-4444 or the Halifax County Sheriff's Office at 252-583-1991 or 252-583-8051. Crime Stoppers pays cash rewards for anonymous tips that solve crimes.
