Sanford Candidate Faces Fraud Charge
A candidate for the Sanford City Council has been arrested on a fraud-related charge, police said.

Ervin Fox is charged with obtaining property by false pretense after a man told investigators that Fox charged him $350 for a document that he claimed would renew the man's driving privileges, police said.
Fox was charged with the same offense a week ago involving similar circumstances, police said.
