Roxboro police are searching for two men who robbed a Food Lion on Friday and held store employees at gunpoint.

<b>ROXBORO, N.C.</b> — Roxboro police are searching for two men who robbed a Food Lion on Friday and held store employees at gunpoint.

The incident happened shortly after 10 p.m. at the store at 2828 Durham Road. Police said two armed men wearing masks and gloves came into the store and forced an employee to open the safe.

The men swiped about $2,050 before fleeing. Witnesses said the men might have left in a white van.
