Rocky Mount police bust 2 with cocaine, guns
Rocky Mount police, with help from other local and federal law enforcement agencies, arrested two men Wednesday after finding cocaine, cash and weapons in their vehicle.

Police did not immediately identify the men other than to say that their names and immigration status were under investigation.
The bust, according to a statement from the Rocky Mount Police Department, came after six months of undercover work.
Police, Drug Enforcement Administration agents and representatives of the Nash County Sheriff's Office and the Greenville Regional Drug Task Force, working on information developed during the undercover investigation, intercepted the men and searched their 2007 Chevrolet Silverado. They found two handguns, $1,000 in cash and, in a secret compartment of the truck, 5 kilograms of cocaine with an estimated street value greater than $1 million.
The men were charged with conspiracy to traffic more than 400 grams of cocaine, trafficking cocaine and maintaining a vehicle for transporting a controlled substance.
