Report: NCCU student found dead in May was sick, throwing up
A North Carolina Central University student who was found dead in his dorm room on May 3 was feeling sick and throwing up the night before his roommate found him unresponsive, according to the medical examiner's report.

Kewanne Malik Lee, 22, was a junior at the school and was studying Health Education. The medical examiner's report said Lee had gone to lie down in his room on May 2 after he had been sick.
Investigators found a box of insulin, unused syringes and a glucometer in Lee's room, according to the report. Lee's pediatrician had been treating him for diabetes.
