<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — A Raleigh teenager was jailed under a $500,000 bond Wednesday on a first-degree sex offense charge involving a child.

An arrest warrant accuses Shawn Luis McLemore, 17, of 3812-F Brentwood Road, of engaging in a sex offense with an 11-year-old child.

Raleigh police say the alleged crime happened Oct. 18 at another place in Raleigh and that the victim knew McLemore at the time.
